A formal process was put in place for receiving, investigating and resolving customer concerns. When staff are unable to immediately resolve an issue for a customer, they are to complete a “Documentation of Customer Concern” form. This form is also available our customers through this website. Once received, the form is forwarded to the appropriate administration staff who investigates the concern, initiates a corrective process, and follows up with the customer within one week.
